You may have been directed to this page because you have been told that you have prediabetes or diabetes. This can be a worrying time as there is a lot to take on board. The first message that we would like to give you is one of hope – that it is quite possible to reverse prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, effectively putting them into remission, by making lifestyle adjustments.
We have made these videos as a basic introduction to these concepts. Following feedback, we learned that different people prefer different lengths of videos, so we have included one longer video for each topic and we have also split these up into shorter modules for those who prefer their videos into smaller nuggets.
