Dr Andrews took the question “what shall I eat?” and answered it by writing her original free 4 week rotating meal planner in March 2020. Many people who were struggling for inspiration have found it really useful.
Three years later, she has now written a total of four free meal planners, with the latest two released in March 2023, as a result of feedback from people telling us that they find it hard to live a low carb lifestyle on a tight budget and / or if they are vegetarian.
